We Provide Rational Fire Designs
Advising at concept stage whether the application will comply with the NBR's or an approved rational design..
To assist the project team at sketch plan stage to achieve an acceptable fire design.
Liaison with the project team regarding the rational fire design criteria and its requirements in terms of other Building Services, Documentation, etc.

Environmental Assesments
Assisting the project team with the NEMA regulations and obtaining environmental authorizations
Consultation with the local authority to ascertain their requirements and acceptance of the proposed environmental solutions.

We have in excess of 30 years of experience in engineering and building development, also being registered with SACAP, IFE (UK), IAIA (SA) and FPA (SA). Due to our experience and knowledge of the regulations and by-laws, as well as our continuous improvement and broadening of technical knowledge in terms of both local and international trends and regulations, we are able to facilitate Local Authority approvals for our clients, by resolving sometimes confusing interpretations of ambiguous regulations and policies laid down by the various authorities......
